Delivery & returns.


UK Delivery –

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are packed at the Barlow studio in plastic-free packaging and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Postage is free. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days of your dispatch date, please click here to email and we will check up on it for you.


Overseas delivery –


We currently do not offer overseas shipping on the website, however if you are somewhere other than the UK and wish to order with Barlow, please click here to email


​ ​Wholesale orders –


If you wish to purchase several scarves as a wholesale order, please click here to email


We hope you love your Barlow product, but we do understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item.

All purchases are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery in their original, unused condition.  Please contact us with your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return as soon as possible.


The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.​ When posting your item back, we recommend you obtain proof of postage of your return. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


The request to return must be made within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Any requests after this time cannot be refunded.

Upon receiving your returned item, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.



All scarves are hand dyed and hand woven by a co-operative organisation in India via a UK distributer. Small imperfections and slight variations in the dyes may occur.

All items are hand finished in the Barlow studio and are thoroughly checked before being sent, but if you think that you have received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as you can, including a photograph of the damage where possible.
